By now, I’m sure we’re all familiar with TOMS Shoes and their one-for-one business model. Buy a pair of shoes, someone in need will also receive a pair. TOMS became wildly popular, so much that they eventually added eye wear to the mix (I happened to buy a pair of TOMS sunglasses at the event TOMS founder, Blake Mycoskie, revealed them at. I know nobody cares…but *cough* just sayin.) The one-for-one model still applied, and with each pair of sunglasses purchased, someone would receive prescription glasses, sight-saving surgery, or medical treatment. Now, TOMS has rolled out a new one-for-one product: Coffee.

Now, you might be thinking, “So if someone buys TOMS coffee, will someone else get a latte in return?” Well, if you thought that, YOU’RE WRONG. For every bag of coffee purchased, TOMS will provide a week of clean water to someone in need. Obviously, there are many places in the world where clean water is needed, so that’s awesome. But now comes the question that’s all in our minds, “What does TOMS coffee taste like?” Well, if you’re thinking that TOMS sent me a few bags for me to review and give away to my readers, then YOU’RE WRONG AGAIN. I have no idea what this coffee tastes like. But I’d sure like to try it. And if it means someone else will get clean water, then that’s great!
