#SELFIE by The Chainsmokers is a song I hate to love. When I first heard it, I thought “What the hell is this crap?!” But as I was forced by the radio to listen to it more, I found the beat to be kinda catchy, and the words spoken throughout to be painfully relatable. I mean, I’m sure we’ve all spoken or at least thought some of the things this song goes through. If you haven’t heard the song, the music video is down below.

Well, it appears the success of #SELFIE has lead to some parody videos, including this great one by Ryan Basch. Called #PROTEIN, this leaves the club and enters the gym, and is done by guys instead of girls. Check out the video below and see what people REALLY think when they’re breaking a sweat.
