We all know it’s coming (heh). Not this year, but next Valentine’s Day in 2015. That’s right, I’m talking about the Fifty Shades of Grey movie starring Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as Anastasia Steele. Love it or hate it, it will be in theaters and people will either be avoiding theaters showing it or wearing hoods and sunglasses while walking in. Or…running in to get the best seat in the house. Whatever floats your boat! In any case, the first theatrical poster is out, and it highlights a very powerful looking Christian Grey.

I was curious about the Fifty Shades craze, and started reading the books, especially after my sister finished the trilogy and said I HAD to read them. “It’s not ALL about sex,” she said. I got through the first book and I have to admit, the story was pretty intriguing and the sex scenes were interesting, since erotica isn’t really something I dive into. However, I got about halfway through the second book before I started to get annoyed with the sex scenes. I know that it’s the main pull of the series, but okay, we get it. I just wanted to find out what happens between Christian and Anastasia. So, I put my reading on hold, but I have to admit, I’m still curious about how it all plays out.

I have to be honest, I probably will be seeing the movie. Whether it’s in theaters or the privacy of my own home remains to be seen, but I’m too curious about the movie not to watch it. Besides, if you’ve been following me at all you know that I’m obsessed with Jamie Dornan. So…yeah.
